I would like to know what you want me to talk about on the blog and in my newsletters. I want to better serve you and the best way i can do that is give you what you want and not just what i want you to have.

Question 1: I thin you should do all of them, but with more of a focus on nutrition programs and product recommendations. I’m sure there many out there who are in various stages of working out/lifting and are clueless about what to eat, in what portions, calorie counting, etc. plus, if there are particular programs you use, tell us about them and recommend them.
Question 2: Articles with links would probably be easier. Not everyone has a fast enough connection to download videos, etc.
Question 3: I’m looking for all three, and I would like to see them delivered as DVD’s…mainly because I’m a visual person and I would like to see an actual demonstration of the kinds of exercises, lifts, etc. I should be doing and the correct way in which I do them, etc.
The Nutrition and Fat Loss programs: you can send those as E-books. I assume most are done that way.

E books for me is the easiest. So I would go for that.
