The 50 BEST WAYS to approach life and build muscle!

The key to achieving a lean muscular physique is found in the recovery period, when our muscles are being repaired via proper nutrition and rest. The amount of stress we have in our day –to- day lives has a huge impact on how well we recover. Without getting into the science of it all, basically Low stress= fast recovery, high stress=slow recovery. Plus weight training is also a stress on our bodies. What we want is a low stress life, which can handle an intense stressful workout with the ability to recover as fast as possible.
